Your path to home ownership
I'm not sure if it's for you, but are you open minded to creating a successful path to Home Ownership?
Consider this as your guide, resource and forward steps to representation, purchase and ultimately owning your own home.
Don't worry, most people begin just where you are.
The good news is, I'm your friend with a Real Estate license. Someone you can rely on through each step.
A little about me
Licensed in 2010 in West Virginia and shortly thereafter in Ohio & Kentucky.
I've sold more than 500 homes since then. And I would love to say that I've "seen it all" and "all transactions are the same". But they aren't. Every transaction is unique and I learn something every day.
Like most REALTORS® I began my career working with buyers. And of course, began to list homes as well.
This career has been good to me & I truly love what I do.
Do you need representation when buying your new home? Some may say no.
If you ask lenders, attorneys and buyers/sellers who have tried it on their own, they will tell you .... YES!
How important is it to you to be living in your new home soon?
What do you understand about the process?

What is the seller responsible for?
What are you responsible for?
Holding the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation is proof of unparalleled service and true commitment to the craft of buyer representation.
By working with an ABR when buying a home, homebuyers can rest assured knowing they’re being supported, not sold.
The Best Choice For Homebuyers
For most homebuyers, purchasing a home is the largest and most complex financial endeavor they may ever undertake. But by choosing a REALTOR® with an ABR designation, you will have more confidence in your buying experience as you will be working with an agent who goes the extra mile. Because an ABR doesn’t just signal an agent’s robust real estate knowledge, but our best-in-class service as well.
